The wines were a bit more complex to figure out in the cellar accoring to Thomas, who was working to establish a house syle. The Plow 2017 was a vintage that was easy to like even in its infancy, as this wine has evolved it has gained in complexity with violets, plums, raspberries and a round texture. It is the very first edition of The Plow to be Estate grown on Blocks 1 and 2.
