A nose and palate that’s true to a warmer vintage, with more rose petal and brightness with stony graphite and a long, complex tannin structure. This is the last vintage to come from a neighboring vineyard, while we were waiting for the Estate vineyard to mature. The Plow is very structured and dense, to this day, and has bright raspberry, red cherry, plum fruit quality, with a beautiful aroma of roses, crushed rock, and flint. It reveals layers of hidden flavor over time in the glass or decanter. This is truly a wine of contemplation. LS & TS 10/28/25
